1/2 pound of nuts
1/2 pound of black raisins
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup matza flour (matze meil)
Juice of 1 lemon
Note: It can be done with any kind of nuts and, if it is not Passover, you can replace the matze meil with common flour.
1. Mix the nuts with the sugar and flour
2 Add the eggs and unite until everything is integrated.
3. Spray a loaf pan with the spray oil
4 Arrange the mixture in the pan
5. Bring to moderate oven
6. After 15 minutes, sprinkle with lemon juice
7. Let cook for 15 more minutes
