Two eggs
7 ounces of sugar
4 ounces of oil
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
5 ounces of self-rising flour
1.1 pound of common flour


Mix the eggs with the sugar
Add the oil, the vanilla essence and the lemon zest
Add the flour and form a dough
Stretch as thin as possible and cut
